From humble beginnings and a vision of late Mr. Nitinkumar Bafna, we have hand-woven every piece of our success today. And now, about half a century in, we are a top denim manufacturer in India known for innovative, cost-effective and premium quality denim fabrics. And we supply to clothing manufacturers worldwide.
As a top textile exporter of denim materials, Indotex is committed to quality products, sustainable processes, and continuous improvement in design and technology. We work on the promise of 100 % compliance to design, quality and delivery specifications. Today, we have over 70+ different denim textile fabrics in our product catalogue. But our real strength is in mass-producing made-to-order denim fabrics as per client specifications.
Today, Indotex Exports manufactures export quality denim material for apparel brands and clothing manufacturers around the world. With a dyeing capacity of 15 million metres per annum, a finishing capacity of 16 million meters per annum and a weaving capacity of 13 million meters per annum, we can confidently do business with our 500+ trade partners.

About Nitin Group
A tree shines in the sun because its roots are grounded underneath. So we stay true to our roots, which lie in Nitin Group’s ethos of global vision and Indian values. But let’s back up a bit because Nitin Group is our parent company and its story is worth telling.
Nitin Group started in 1972 as a small firm M/s Sohanlal & Co. Even in those early days under the Late Mr Mohanlalji, Nitin Group aimed to become an industry leader in textiles for domestic and international demand.
Today, Indotex Exports, the export arm of Nitin Group, is making it all come true. Indotex started with the clear vision of producing India’s finest denim fabric at the lowest possible cost. For a global market, and in a manner that was conscientious towards our planet too.
And the mission was just as crystal clear then as it is now. It is a commitment to impact the lives and livelihoods of our stakeholders positively. And to grow together through denim design, production and distribution, of course.

Mr. Pradeep Bafna
(Group Chairman)Having seen the group grow from strength to strength in these last 50 years, Mr Pradeep is now excitingly geared up for the next 50. He is a strategic thinker who is now decidedly focused on growing the presence of the group locally and internationally.
